  • Return & Refund Limit: Returns are strictly limited to Damaged or Wrong Products only. The claim must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with valid visual proof (unboxing video/photos). Change of mind or personal preference returns are legally void.
  • Shipping Agreement: Standard delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delayed transit caused by third-party logistics companies or external events beyond our control.
  • Pricing & Modifications: We reserve the right to change product prices, update order values for free shipping (set at orders above ₹199), or cancel orders due to stock unavailability or system pricing errors at our sole discretion.
3. Limitation of Liability
  • Cutecan Creations shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
  • We ensure our products are safe and accurately described, but customers are responsible for reading product specifications before use.
