1. Shipping Charges
We offer affordable shipping rates and reward our customers with free shipping on larger orders:
- Orders Above ₹199: Shipping is completely FREE.
- Orders Below ₹199: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged at checkout.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order confirmation.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen courier delays or extreme weather conditions.
4. Order Tracking
- As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and courier link.
- You can track your package in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Damaged or Wrong Shipments
- If your order is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
- You must report the issue within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with unboxing video proof.
