1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer an Easy Return Policy, but it is strictly applicable under the following two conditions only:
  • Damaged Product: The item arrived broken, torn, or physically damaged.
  • Wrong Product: The item delivered does not match your original order (wrong size, color, or item).
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or liking issues.

2. Strict 2-Day Time Frame
  • You must report the issue within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of delivery.
  • Any request made after 2 days will not be entertained.
3. Return Requirements
To process your easy return, please ensure:
  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact.
  • You provide a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage or mismatch.
4. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
